COORDINATOR FOR HEALTH AND SAFETY AT WORK IN THE PHASE OF CONSTRUCTION WORKS

 

We offer investors the service of coordination for health and safety at work in the construction phase, all in accordance with the Regulation on safety and health at work on temporary or mobile construction sites.

We apply the principle of prevention; we propose to initiate the procedure of drafting, amending or supplementing the Plan of Preventive Measures and provide the data necessary to make those amendments, taking into account the changes that have occurred on the construction site; we organize cooperation and mutual informing of all employers and other persons who simultaneously or one after the other perform works on the construction site, we coordinate their activities regarding the implementation of measures for safety and health at work in order to prevent injuries and occupational diseases; we ensure that all employers and other persons on the construction site are acquainted with the Plan of Preventive Measures, i.e. with its amendments or supplements; we coordinate agreements to check that work activities are being performed properly;

In the near future, we plan to provide services for the development of a Plan of preventive measures for all types of construction sites, as well as the service of managing health and safety at work, which can be used by any employer, regardless of their own business, which includes:

  • entering the risk assessment process (adoption of Decision of the employer and Plan for implementation);
  • preparation of documentation (Making of Risk Assessment Act, the Rulebook on HSE and Regulations on Records);
  • training of employees for safe and healthy work;
  • taking over and managing the affairs of “persons for safety and health at work”,
