Sava Promenade

The Sava Promenade is modern city promenade, which will be 1.8 kilometers long when completed. It stretches along the right bank of the Sava River and represents a connection of the old part of the city and the river bank. It is ideal for all outdoor activities – cycling or rollerblading, beach volleyball, walking or simply enjoying the most beautiful sunsets. Numerous children’s playgrounds, cafes and restaurants with spacious gardens, fast food trucks and terraces above the river make the Sava Promenade a perfect place for the whole family. In addition, this is a place where various events are held throughout the year, such as the Carnival of Ships, the Opera on the Water, festivals, concerts, performances, sports competitions and educational workshops.
