The residential buildings BW Aria and BW Terra, designed by the award-winning Serbian architect Jovan Mitrović, celebrate the simplicity of life and the connection with the basic natural elements. The buildings consist of three cascading blocks, which bring new dynamics to the Belgrade Waterfront. BW Aria comprises 21 floors with 190 residential units, and BW Terra is two floors lower and offers 153 apartments.
Construction of the BW Aria & BW Terra buildings is being performed with significant participation from NBC UNIVERZING through the following engagements: project management; FIDIC engineer services; construction and design management; construction supervision of all works; supervision of excavation and dewatering works, as well as supervision of piling and pit protection works; Health and Safety Coordinator services; tenant coordination; cost control services during construction (review, processing, and approval of monthly applications, value engineering, change orders, and additional requirements); management of the tender process for Provisional Sums; advising the client on potential claims and claim avoidance; control of submitted insurance policies and guarantees, as well as their maintenance throughout the project; conducting the final snagging process; final takeover of the facility; and issuance of the Final Payment Certificate.
