NBC provided comprehensive Project management and supervision services for excavation works, deep foundation construction, and UXO detection, ensuring a safe and well-coordinated start to the development. For Plot 24, the NBC team was engaged as Project Manager, Supervisor, and FIDIC Engineer, overseeing all phases of construction across the entire complex.
The cost management team played a key role in maintaining financial control throughout the project. NBC also took on the key roles of Health and Safety Coordinator and Tenant Coordinator, ensuring compliance, risk reduction and effective coordination of all project participants. This integrated approach underlines NBC’s ability to deliver complex projects efficiently, safely and to the highest professional standards. This project won the award for the best BW project in 2023.
